No-Gi
Everything for training without the gi — rash guards, grappling shorts and spats built for submission grappling and MMA-style sessions. Flatlock seams that don't chafe, fabric that holds shape through repeated washing, and cuts that stay put through a scramble.
What you need for no-gi
A rash guard and shorts is the standard kit at most academies; many practitioners add spats for mat burn and warmth. Check your academy's rules on shorts — some require a no-pocket design for safety. Training in the gi as well? See the gi collection.
