30-Day Return Policy

You may return any new, unused item within 30 days from the date you receive your order for a full refund of the item price. No restocking fees apply.

To qualify for a return:

•       Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached

•       Items must be returned in their original packaging, neatly folded, to avoid processing delays

•       This policy applies to new, unused items only

•       Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right and it applies in addition to our 30-day return policy.

During the 14-day withdrawal period:

•       You will receive a full refund including the cost of standard outbound shipping

•       The refund will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier

For returns between days 15 and 30:

•       You will receive a full refund of the item price

•       The original shipping fee is non-refundable

•       The refund will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item

Defective or Damaged Products

We accept returns of defective or damaged products. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@kingzeurope.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We will arrange a return at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping.

Under EU law, all products purchased from Kingz Europe carry a minimum 2-year legal warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product develops a manufacturing fault within 2 years of delivery, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EU consumer law.


 

How to Return an Item

1.     Initiate your return through our returns portal.

2.     Package the item securely in its original packaging, neatly folded, to prevent damage during transit and avoid processing delays.

3.     Ship the package using a tracked delivery service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4.     Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our distribution centre in Poland, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.

Return shipping costs: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or damaged items where Kingz will cover the return postage.

Return method: All returns are processed by mail.

Undelivered or Rejected Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful or the package was refused, we will contact you by email. You may request re-shipment (a €7.95 shipping fee will apply) or a full refund of the item cost minus the original shipping fee.

Legal Warranty

All products sold through kingzeurope.com are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU consumer protection law. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship. Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered.

To make a warranty claim, email support@kingzeurope.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs of the issue.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a return, refund, or complaint, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to seek an independent resolution:
