60-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee
We want you to love your Kingz gear. If the fit isn't right, we make it easy to fix.
Exchanges — Always Free
Choose the wrong size or want a different colour? We'll exchange it at no cost and provide the return shipping label. Start within 60 days of delivery.
Refunds
Within 14 days of delivery (your statutory right of withdrawal): no processing fee and no other deduction. We refund the full price plus the standard delivery charge you paid, and we provide the return label at no cost to you.
From day 15 to day 60 (our voluntary 60-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee): a €5 processing fee is deducted from your refund, and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
There is never a restocking fee. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always free to return. Your refund is issued in €.

Conditions
- Unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags. (Within the 14-day withdrawal period you may handle an item as you would in a shop; if it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.)
- Initiated within 60 days of delivery.
- Final sale items are excluded from the 60-day guarantee, but not from your 14-day right of withdrawal or your 2-year legal guarantee.
- Your statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected.
