Are Kingz women's gis cut differently from men's?
Yes. Women's gis (F sizes) have narrower shoulders and a more tapered waist than our men's A sizes. The cut changes; the quality doesn't. Each women's model uses the same weave and construction as its men's version.

What size women's gi do I need?
Size by weight first, then use height to fine-tune sleeve and pant length. Our metric size guide in cm and kg covers every F size. If you are between sizes, size up.

Which women's gi is right for me?
The Kore V2 Women's is the best value and The ONE V2 Women's is the all-round first gi. The Ultralight 2.0 Women's is the lightest women's gi we have weighed (1.18 kg in F2), and the Nano 3.0 Women's is a light gi for less. The Empowered is a women's-only model with a 400 GSM jacket, and the Balistico 4.0 is 100% pre-shrunk for a competition fit.

Are Kingz women's gis IBJJF legal?
The Kore V2, The ONE V2, Nano 3.0, Empowered and Balistico 4.0 women's gis are listed as IBJJF approved on their product pages. For IBJJF competition, the gi must be white, royal blue or black.

What should I wear under my gi?
A snug rash guard or sports top. In IBJJF women's divisions, a stretchy, body-hugging top under the gi is required. It can be short or long sleeve.

Will my gi shrink?
It depends on the model. The Ultralight 2.0, Balistico 4.0 and Legends Never Die Respect are 100% pre-shrunk. All other Kingz gis are 95% pre-shrunk, so expect 3–5% shrinkage. Wash cold and hang dry to keep the fit you bought.
