What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, work in a similar way. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work, for example keeping items in your basket. Others help us understand how the site is used, remember your preferences, or show you relevant advertising.
Our legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent, as the EU ePrivacy rules (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC and the national laws that implement it) allow for technologies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you request. Any personal data involved is processed to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or for our legitimate interest in running a secure shop (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive). They stay switched off until you accept them in our cookie banner.
How we ask for and record consent
We use Pandectes, a consent management app for Shopify, to show our cookie banner, record your choice and block tools until you have agreed to them. Pandectes passes your choice to Shopify's Customer Privacy system and to Google Consent Mode, and keeps a record of your consent as proof.
When you first visit, you can accept all, reject all or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works fully without non-essential cookies.
How to change or withdraw your consent
- Cookie settings: click the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page to reopen your preferences. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything processed before you withdrew it.
- Your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the basket and checkout from working.
- Ad settings: you can also manage ads through Google Ad Settings, Meta Ad Preferences and Your Online Choices.

Google Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic form: no Google tags load until you consent.
International transfers
Several of the providers above, and Fighter's Market, Inc. itself, are based in the United States. If we transfer your personal data out of the European Economic Area, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the transfer is to a country that has been found to provide an adequate level of protection. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last for a set time, from a few minutes up to a maximum of about 2 years, unless you delete them sooner. Your consent choice is stored in the Pandectes _pandectes_gdpr cookie, which expires 12 months after you make your choice. After that, we ask you again.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email cs@kingzeurope.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the tools we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
