Men's No-Gi

41 products

Men's no-gi gear for submission grappling: rash guards, grappling shorts and spats that stay put through scrambles and long rounds. Flatlock seams stop chafing, compression fabrics dry fast between rounds, and the cuts leave room to shoot and invert without riding up. Most European academies ask for a rash guard and shorts as the no-gi uniform, so start there and add spats for extra skin protection.

Shop by piece: rash guards, grappling shorts, and the men's gi range if you train both. Orders ship from Poland in euro pricing, standard shipping is free from €120, and the 60-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee covers size exchanges.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear for no-gi BJJ?

Most European academies ask for a rash guard and grappling shorts. Spats are optional and add extra skin protection. Avoid clothing with pockets or zips that can catch fingers and toes.

Why wear a rash guard instead of a T-shirt?

A rash guard has a compression fit that stays put during scrambles, flatlock seams that stop chafing and quick-dry fabric. It also protects your skin from mat burn.

What is the best rash guard for no-gi BJJ?

For everyday training, the Kore V2: durable polyester–spandex with a snug athletic fit. For IBJJF no-gi competition, the Ranked Performance V3, which is 80% polyester / 20% spandex in IBJJF-approved rank colours. Our rash guard guide compares the full range.

Which Kingz rash guards are IBJJF legal?

The Ranked Performance V3 is made in IBJJF-approved rank colours. For adult IBJJF no-gi, your rash guard must be skin-tight and black, white, or black and white with at least 10% of your belt colour. Our graphic designs are made for training.

What size rash guard should I get?

Size by body weight, using the range on each product page. A rash guard should fit snug like a second skin, with no loose fabric to grab. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one for competition and the larger one for comfort.

Long sleeve or short sleeve?

Long sleeve gives more protection against mat burn and is what most no-gi regulars and competitors wear. Short sleeve runs cooler and frees your arms, which suits warm gyms and summer training.

How do I make my rash guard last?

Wash it after every session in cold water and hang it to dry. Keep two or three in rotation so no single rash guard is washed and worn every day. Our rash guards use polyester–spandex fabric with sublimated graphics that won't crack or peel.

Can I wear a rash guard under my gi?

For training, yes. Many people do, especially in winter, for skin protection and to keep the gi drier, and use the same top for no-gi classes. In IBJJF men's gi divisions, tops under the gi are not allowed, so check your event's rules before competing.
