      Not the Gi I ordered

      The Gi in the picture is what I was expecting to receive. It was not the Gi I was sent out. However.. the Gi I received is still nice so I’m giving it 3 stars. Just wish this wasn’t a regular thing to happen as it’s false advertising really. We are buying thinking it’s the 4.0 version and paying for it.. so it’s frustrating being sent out old stock and judging by reviews above this isn’t any accident.

      Long shipping period and too small!!

      I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with the Gi and the associated customer service. I had initially ordered the Gi during the Black Friday sale, but unfortunately, it was not in stock at the time and had to be shipped from the USA. It appears that the Gi was listed as "in stock" to capitalize on sales, despite not being readily available.

      The entire process took a month for the Gi to finally arrive, and to my disappointment, the pants were too short for my height. As someone who is 178cm tall, this was unacceptable. I attempted to contact customer service to discuss a return or exchange, but their response time was incredibly slow, which further frustrated me.

      In light of the inadequate customer service, I decided to take matters into my own hands and return the Gi myself using DHL. Unfortunately, this cost me an additional 15€.

      To add insult to injury, I have now been informed that I will also be responsible for a 15€ restocking fee. This feels like a complete joke and an unnecessary burden on the customer.

      Needless to say, I will not be patronizing this company again.
