Athlete Spotlight: Rosa Walsh-McCann

One of jiu-jitsu's newest black belts is quickly proving herself a force to be reckoned with in BJJ's biggest events. Her name is Rosa Walsh-McCann. 

If you've been paying attention to the European circuits, you've already heard of her. As a brown belt, she was putting Ireland on the map with her fearless wrestling and relentless submission hunting. She really came into the limelight after her gold medal win at the ADCC Las Vegas Open in 2022 - via a slick armbar against long-time black belt Nathalie Ribeiro.
