I give 2 because I finally got the gi- had to go to the UPS office myself. Other than that the package did not came within the estimated 2-6 days, it came after 14 days, I comunicated with AI bot that was not helpful, the location of the package was not correct, it missed my sons bithday and no one contacted me about the delay. The kimono is really great but the shipping service is soo poor that I would not order again - if I’m promised that UPS wont be used I may reconcider.
