Hi, I received the product before the delivery time without any issues or paperwork required. The quality of the product appears to be of excellent quality, I really like the details of the packaging. What I'd change is the response time to emails and the post sale service. I need to return the product for sad circumstances, I asked how to do it without help, now, I am receiving errors from UPS, for printing the return receipt, hoping for some help from you but, either way, I never received an answer.
