Me han mandado un gi que no se corresponde al pedido, y no tienes la opción de cambiar uno por otro.
Asi que si ellos se confunden, tienes que asumir los gastos de envio del primer pedido, y una vez devuelto el pedido, puedes volver a realizar el pedido original pagando nuevos gastos de envío.
No es normal que se confundan con el pedido y tengas que asumir tu los gastos de envio.
Mala política de empresa.
