followed all the steps to make a return as stated on the webshop. no feedback at all after almost a month. have not received any refund no response to my emails even though I have contacted them several times by email. have contacted you on Instagram as well but nothing. super disappointed actually. my intentions were to continue shopping on your website as I get a lot of advertising and offers but you only seem to be able to send emails.
